    Terms & Conditions

    • Workshops will be held at the Meeting Room on Level 7 on Jan 25, 2025. View the workshop agenda below to know the exact timings.
    • Only 20 seats are available for the technical workshop and 30 seats for the business workshop. Registration will be closed after the seats are sold.
    • Entry to workshop is for registered MM25IN attendees only – i.e. you need to have a MM25IN ticket to attend a workshop.
    • You cannot register multiple tickets in your name and then transfer them to others. We will only honor the first registration. Each subsequent registration in the same name will be cancelled. No money will be refunded in this case.
    • Registering for Meet Magento India does not automatically give you access to a workshop. Workshop registration fees are ₹300 (about US$3.5) in addition to MM25IN registration fees.
    • Fees are not refundable and registration cannot be cancelled or transferred.
    • If you register and do not show up for the workshop on time, your seat will be given to next eligible registrant.
    • Attendees should bring their own laptop and mobile hotspot to undertake the technical workshop. No equipment will be provided at the location.
    • If the workshops are cancelled by organizer, the full amount will be refunded.

    Where will the workshops be held?

    Workshops will be conducted in the Meeting Room on Level 7. Take the elevator up to Level 7 and turn left.

    Who can attend the workshops?

    Entry to workshops is restricted to registered Meet Magento India 2025 (MM25IN) attendees. You must have a valid MM25IN ticket AND a workshop registration to participate in a workshop.

    How do I choose which workshop to attend?

    The business workshop is primarily for business owners, C-suite members, department or division heads, while the technical workshops are for developers, tech-leads and anyone who is involved in development.

    Can I attend more than one workshop?

    No, attendees can only register for one workshop. Participation in multiple workshops is not allowed.

    Does registering for Meet Magento India include access to the workshops?

    No, registering for Meet Magento India does not include workshop access. Workshop registration is separate and costs ₹300 in addition to the MM25IN registration fees.

    Are workshop registration fees refundable?

    No, workshop registration fees are non-refundable, and cancellations are not allowed.

    What should I bring to the workshop?
